韓國天安市 Galleria Centercity 的空間分配是基于螺旋槳的原則。 四個功能區劃重疊在一起， 每個功能都擁有3層和公共高原， 通過中間的挑空把功能連起來。 設計概念是主要透過螺旋槳把人流上游， 同時螺旋槳翼把人流帶到不同的層中的平原。 建筑內部空間逐漸演變成外墻， 設計突出內部的空間組織。 其外立面是雙層的， 玻璃外墻與內外墻的垂直豎框創建了一個線性的模式。 在白天建筑擁有單色的反光立面， 而在夜間建筑立面呈現色彩柔和的光波。
